About Russ
Russ Eudey's background is quite extensive and diverse with over 25 years in the hospitality industry. Russ served ten years as a captains steward in the Royal Australian Navy. Traveling the world on various ships. Russ's attention to detail looking after the man at the helm along with foreign dignitaries and guests helped shaped Russ's trust and stamp of approval when it comes to organising, planning and attention to detail.
Russ then went on to owning a theatre restaurant in Perth for many years which was very sucessful as chef/part owner followed by a career in event management. Many of the events Russ was involved with included weddings, annual galas for 500 people, corporate events large or small, themed nights and even organisng a private dinner party for one of our former Prime Ministers of Australia The Honourable Mr John Howard.
